Since purchasing my 1st Acura in 2004 from King Acura, I have been returning for all my Acura's warranty and maintenance work AND have been fortunate enough to have Chris Brooks as my Service Consultant. Every time service was required and scheduled through Chris, it was less like working with a "service consultant" and always more like working with a friend who has my best interest in mind. With every visit, from my 1st visit to my last, I have always been confident the service, repairs and work performed/received was exactly what was needed/required and nothing more. Even when my Acura was damaged from "bad gasoline" received from a local gas station, Chris was great in scheduling the required repairs and helping with information to file a claim with my insurance company. Plus, all other King Acura employees I come in contact with are great, friendly and do everything to make you comfortable and up-to-date on service as it's being performed. I have and definitely will again recommend King Acura to friends and others. (Plus, the new service facility is great.)
The recent service that I had on my 2015 MDX was one of the most pleasant that I have ever had. Chris Brooks was our service consultant. He did a great job getting us in and out on time and took great care of us while we were at King. Thanks for the follow up.
Just a quick note to say thanks and my appreciation for your staff taking care of me this past weekend. My wife and I were in Birmingham for a quick get-a-way as we live in Atlanta and as soon as we arrived at the Birmingham Barons game on Friday night, our check engine light came on in our 2007 Acura MDX. Not ideal when you had just driven for 2.5 hours and were looking forward to a weekend away with our 4 year old and a lot of time at the pool! I googled and found your dealership and was at the service door at 8:10am on Saturday morning where I met Sonya. She immediately took my car back and pulled the code to figure out what was wrong, had the part on hand and had me back on the road to my family by 10:30am (which also included a full wash/detail)! Fortunately for my wallet, it wasn't a big repair, but when you are 2.5 hours away from home and those who normally service your car any repair is a big repair.
Thank you to you and your team who got me back on the road and allowed us to have a great get-a-way in Birmingham. We had an excellent stay at Ross Bridge and enjoyed great meals in your city.

Please pass this along to the General Manager of King Acura. It is not often that you meet a remarkable employee like Sonya who checked me in for the servicing of my Acura SUV. She was courteous, professional, friendly and made three calls in order to inform me that my tires needed to be balanced. In this day of uncaring individuals, it was so refreshing to find an employee like Sonya. She represents your company very well. I love my Acura and will probably get another one, much due to the personnel you have hired.
My service was great on my Acura TL. I told Brian that I recently bought my wife a Toyota 4Runner and she missed the Acura service department. We've been to the Hoover Toyota Service Department 3 times and each time has been a horrible experience.
I'll be bringing my Toyota to the Acura Service department, simply due to people like Brian making it worth it.
Good afternoon. I just wanted to send a brief email to let you know of my experience with an employee in the service department. I can't say that we have had the best experience with King Acura since we bought our vehicle there 2 years ago but I can say that I wholeheartedly appreciate and am impressed by Ms. Jones and her care and concern. She fixed a situation yesterday and showed so much professionalism I remarked to my husband that she is the type of employee that we would both hire. Please commend her of her work and let her know that it is noticed AND appreciated.
