I have been a customer of King Acura since August 2004, from the point of sale of my 2004 TL and continuing with the Service Department. First of all, I have been thoroughly pleased. Should I decide to purchase another Acura, of course, King Acura will be the place I will visit.

 

Often, one receives letters about something that's wrong, but I wanted to write you in regards to Chris Taylor and Jo Ann Davis. I met Chris over two years ago and I don't want anyone else to wait on me but him. Chris has been a blessing to me. I have nothing but good things to say about him and in my opinion, he is a valuable asset to King Acura's Service Department. He has always went out of his way to explain things to me in a way I understand, always speaks in a pleasant tone which makes one proud to be associated with him.

 

I also want to comment on Jo Ann Davis. She, too, has been a blessing to me. She is always nice, smiling and pleasant to talk to.
